YEARS of hard work in establishing a foothold in the sometimes challenging China beef market has paid off for a progressive family-scale branded beef supply chain based in New South Wales.

It was all hands on deck for our first muster of the 2015 drop calves. This is where we get all the cattle in and check them over, give the calves their first injections that are required. Its always fun dealing with a 1,000 babies at once with unhappy mums and very cranky DADS.
